Do you feel stuck, while life moves on without you?

Does anxiety follow you into every quiet moment?

Are you numbing the ache, and feeling emptier when it fades?

Does nothing feel meaningful anymore?

You can run from many things, but never from yourself. The way home begins when you stop, and turn toward your pain with kindness.

We spend so much of our lives looking for happiness outside ourselves.

Modern life teaches us to fill the emptiness with consumption, approval from others and the endless scroll of social media. For a while it works. Then the day ends, and we are alone with ourselves again.

We cannot run away from who we are. Trauma that was never healed rises to the surface in time, through the body as pain and tension, or through a mind that will not settle. It cannot be ignored forever.

Our work is to help you stop searching elsewhere, and find peace and home within yourself.

Health is three things, not one

In the Nusantara understanding, health rests on three elements: body, mind and soul. Each must be cared for. When even one is neglected, the balance is lost, and that imbalance is what we call sickness.

Modern and Western approaches to health mostly look after the body and the mind. The soul is left out, and so people can be treated and still feel unwell.

Without all three in balance, there is no wellness.

Soul Body Mind Health

Body

The physical self: how trauma and stress settle into tension, pain, illness and exhaustion.

Mind

The thoughts, emotions and patterns that shape how we see ourselves and others.

Soul

Our connection to meaning, ancestors, nature and the deeper self, the part modern life forgets.

What is Nusantara?

Nusantara is an old Javanese word for the islands of the Indonesian archipelago. Today it names the land, the seas and the many peoples who share this heritage.

Our practice draws from Nusantara before Islam arrived, the age of great Hindu and Buddhist kingdoms such as Srivijaya and Majapahit. Alongside those faiths lived a much older animism: the belief that mountains, water, trees and ancestors are alive, and that people heal by living in balance with them.

  • Hindu and Buddhist teachings on mind, karma and consciousness
  • Animist reverence for nature, place and ancestors
  • Nature-based energy work and ritual, such as daily offerings

Come slowly. There is nothing to fix, only something to come home to.

Two healers, one path

Ertina and Daisy work hand in hand. One works with the unseen layers of the soul and the past, the other through the body, so that body, mind and soul are all held.

Ertina Anggraeni

Ertina Anggraeni

Psychic medium

Ertina works from Buddhist Nusantara teachings, the elements of nature and a deep sense of compassion. She believes every soul that comes into this world must pass through pain, and that traumatic experience is the poison we are given to carry.

Her work is to help you alchemize that poison into medicine for the soul: lessons learned and forgiveness. When you are at peace with your past and with yourself, you can become your best self and reach your higher self.

“When you are home with yourself, you stop chasing borrowed highs and approval from the outside.”

She works with

  • Ancestry and lineage
  • Connection with deceased loved ones
  • Past life regression
  • Energy alignment
